The Team Primary Care Nurse Post-Licensure Educational Program is celebrating its 2nd anniversary!
Launched in April 2024, the educational program was developed by the Team Primary Care Nurse, including the Primary Care Nurse of Canada (PCNC) and Professors Marie-Eve Poitras (Université de Sherbrooke) and Julia Lukewich (Memorial University).
The educational program, available online for free, is interactive and engaging.
Since its launch, more than 700 Canadian nurses have participated in the educational program! A real success!


What if a simple email could help primary care clinics better understand patients’ experiences?
In a context where clinical teams are already highly stretched, recruiting patients for primary care research is often challenging. As part of the large-scale PaRIS Survey, we explored a simple, low-burden approach that aligns well with today’s realities: email recruitment.

The team receives one of 11 grants across Canada to reduce the administrative burden on family physicians!
This project is one of the initiatives that will enable physicians to focus on what really matters: patient care.
