The Chair is proud to highlight the success of Cloe Beaulieu, a master's student supervised by Pr Marie-Eve Poitras and Pr Christian Rochefort of the Université de Sherbrooke, recipient of the $17,500 Canadian Institutes of Health Research Master's Award in Strategic Areas - Pandemic or Health Emergency Preparedness!
Cloe's study aims to describe the trajectories of nursing professionals during the Covid-19 pandemic. Her work could help improve their experiences in relation to their professional trajectory in the context of a future health crisis, while ensuring a balance between the quality of services, their well-being at work and their psychological health.
This prestigious distinction, awarded to the next generation of scientific researchers, underscores the academic excellence, methodological rigor and innovation that Cloe has demonstrated in her work.
The entire Chair team is delighted to see her reach this important milestone and to support her on her journey.
