Since the beginning of the pandemic, rates of depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress have been 1.3 to 8 times higher among nurses compared to the general population.
Our team is interested in the professional trajectories that these individuals have taken during this period (departure or return to the network, change of position, etc.) in order to better understand better the coping strategies used and which ones should be integrated to promote the well-being and retention of care teams.
We are also looking to reach out to those who have left the nursing profession and those who have retired and returned to the network. Do you know any of them? Please share this study with them.
