Our research team is conducting a study to explore interprofessional collaboration in the context of telehealth within primary care settings. We are particularly interested in understanding your perspective as an individual living with chronic diseases.
Eligibility Criteria You must have received care at your clinic within the past year and be willing to participate in a 90-minute interview.
