New project page!

We’re excited to announce the new page for our project Addressing family physicians’ administrative burden: Using patient-reported data to improve efficiencies to primary care processes and practices.

Family physicians play a vital role in our health care system, but they’re often overwhelmed by administrative tasks that take them away from their true mission of providing care. The goal of our research project is to understand this challenge and develop practical solutions to ease family physicians’ administrative burden.

The first step will be to provide Canadian clinics with tools and training to help them collect and use patient-reported data on health and care experience. Next, our team will support them as they implement these new practices to improve efficiencies in their processes and professional practices.
