Article title: Co-development of a national, bilingual, post-licensure accredited educational program for registered nurses in primary care: A knowledge-to-action exemplar

Figure 1. Partnership approach in knowledge creation. The principal steps undertaken by the project team are associated with the KTA approach in knowledge creation and action cycles.

In this article, the team presents its recommendations for using the Knowledge-to-Action approach. This approach helps implement sustainable, evidence-based interventions.

The article demonstrates in concrete terms how this approach made it possible to create the national training program for primary care nurses in a way that took their needs into account and strengthened teamwork.
